About Us

Our history

Dungrila Pascal Mbimenyuy started Integrated Agricultural Association (I.A.A) on 5th March 2016  as a Cameroonian non-profit, non-sectarian and apolitical Organization aim at ensuring Food security, Disease prevention, and Social Justice to promoting social, economic, and environmental well-being by helping to create – sustainable economic development in rural communities, – empowering youths and women-owned production cooperatives, and – educating on the importance of organic farming and organic food. IAA is now African centric, targeting rural communities allover the continent

Our Mission

Promoting sustainable agriculture through community capacity strengthening, integrated sustainable community development and regenerative agricultural to green economy initiatives.

Our Vision

Hunger and Poverty free societies with environmental and social justice at the center of community initiatives to promoting planetary health and protecting all living creatures in Africa.

Global Objective

Our overall goal is to fight food insecurity and poverty through inclusive and sustainable management of food systems to agricultural endeavors and promoting agro-environmental entrepreneurship, forest governance, agroforestry and climate-smart agriculture to improving livelihood of vulnerable communities. We aim to safeguard food sovereignty, alleviate poverty and fight inequalities through sustainable and peaceful interventions.

What we are doing

We’re building and strengthening the capacities of peasant and smallholder farmers through local trainings on cultivation and Marketing techniques

We’re fighting food insecurity and climate impacts on agriculture through the promotion of climate smart agriculture and climate policy advocacy

We’re ensuring the greater involvement of youths in agriculture through sensitizations, trainings and support programs

We’re promoting the health, well-being and quality education of young people through health awareness campaigns, scholarship offerings and vocational training programs

We’re striving towards socio-economic empowerment of the marginalized groups and vulnerable communities through entrepreneurship and improved agricultural trainings and support

We’re alleviating poverty by working in collaboration with communities and implementing programs and projects that increases their income through the encouragement of collective production, marketing and creation of economic opportunities in rural communities
