Basic human rights

I.A.A advocates for basic human rights of people whose rights are being violated and also fight against rape, female genital mutilation, child/forced marriages, gender discrimination and marginalization of women and persons living with disabilities.

Justice and peace

I.A.A seeks justice and peace for those whose rights have been violated especially women, children, and persons living with disabilities. The organization also trains young people on non-violent communication strategies and community leaders on conflict resolution and management.

Peace building initiatives and humanitarian response

I.A.A is working to advocate for peace through peace building initiatives and humanitarian response. In times of disagreement and violence, I.A.A moves closer to the two parties to understand their opinion and play a mediation role to restore peace between the two conflicting parties.
